Parish Mission Statement
A people of faith, inspired by God, called to be disciples of Jesus Christ. With praise and thanksgiving to almighty God, we are drawn ever closer to God the Father through the love of Christ Jesus and the power of the Holy Spirit. Cherishing the traditions of our faith, we come together to encounter the risen Lord in word and sacrament as the living body of Christ in the world. Responding to our baptismal call of our discipleship and strengthened by the Eucharist, we celebrate God's love and mercy, proclaim the Good News of Christ Jesus and work to build the kingdom of God here on earth by loving and serving one another.

Our new bishop, Bishop R. Daniel Conlon, has put together an 8 minute video about the importance of passing on the faith to our kids. You are invited to view this video at the link below. The clip was filmed in the Bishops home and has a familiar feel to it that I think youll find inviting and easy to listen to. Enjoy!

Adult Faith Formation Adult Faith Formation
The introduction of the new Mass translation is the perfect opportunity to relook at what we do every Sunday as Catholics! Each symbol, sign, word, and gesture is rich in meaning. If you would like to better understand the motions instead of just going through them, join us for our first Adult Faith Formation study program entitled A Biblical Walk Through the Mass by Eward Sri.
Please contact the Faith Formation office if you are interested in becoming part of this six week study group!
The Massport Program Program The Massport Program
Congratulations to the 31 students who came to celebrate regular Mass attendance with us at the bowling alley on Jan. 21! And thank you to all of the parents and catechists who helped chaperone or who decided to just hang out with us for the afternoon! It was a fun chance to get to know one another and to do something relaxed! Keep collecting those Massport stickers for our spring/summer Pool Party!

Meet the Youth Minister All About Mrs. Megan McCoy How's that for alliteration
I moved to this area a little over a year ago after getting married to my wonderful, Christ-centered husband, Chris. I love singing in my church choir and listening to contemporary Christian music. Some of my favorite artists are Casting Crowns, Chris Tomlin, and Francesca Battistelli. The outdoors call my name, and I can often be found walking on one of the many prairie paths in the area or playing frisbee golf.
I come to you from St. Elizabeth Seton Parish in Naperville. Part of my time at St. Elizabeth Seton was spent as a mentor to the high school youth program in addition to being a member of the Lifeteen choir. Some of you might know me already because I am also the Technology Coordinator at our parish school, Holy Family. I look forward to serving the teens of this parish and have many ideas and plans for this program. I absolutely love my job and can't wait to get to know you more!
In Christ,
Megan McCoy
