The Little Robot Named Wall-e

Beep, Boop, Bop.
Lonely and abandoned
Little robot looks to the sky
On a soiled planet
doomed to die.
He opens an umbrella
As it starts to rain
and makes his way
across the plain
the umbrella won’t open.
It’s a bust
and the little robot
is sure to rust.
A million years later
the people came back
and found the robot
in his old shack.
They grabbed the oil can
and brought him back.
They heard him exclaim
as they oiled his mouth
